Bastion Tower

The Bastion is an emblematic tower in the heart of Brussels. Its (updated standing), however, attracted few tenants and many floors were vacant.
Schroders then proposed to GAP to design a new layout for the floors including a Cat. A fit out and a Cat. B fit out customizable by tenants. This renovation was accompanied by new climate-control ceilings with a profound impact on building techniques.
GAP, together with Deplasse engineering, then developed a system to finalise a Cat. A fit out by accepting the possibility for tenants to intervene in the design without however modifying the main lines of the project, allowing the building to maintain a homogeneous overall image.
Since then, many companies, including Lloyds for whom we have completely fitted out the offices, have decided to locate in the Bastion Tower. Today, the renovated floors are no longer vacant.
