Athora
Ixelles
The EU based insurance company ATHORA implemented their head office for Belgium in the inner city of Brussels with the intent of developing a broad range of life insurance solutions to individual and corporate customers.
Athora invited us to design the new entrance to the building, marking the start of an exciting collaboration.
The project began during the first lockdown imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Staying on schedule was a major challenge, but we succeeded.
As for the project, the building’s entrance was meant to immediately reflect the group’s identity without appearing too formal. We therefore decided to take an organic approach and work with natural materials.
The main inspiration was the tree of lifea theme which appeared to us to be particularly linked to Athora’s activities.
The main inspiration was the tree of life
